It’s round but slightly different — more like an oval (4)

Writer: MM

At first, I was interested in the skincare and mask market.

However, I found the market in Vietnam to be unfamiliar and difficult to approach. Most people in Vietnam, including locals and expats, use motorcycles as their primary mode of transportation, which led to a relatively low awareness of skincare. (In contrast, in Korea, the "1-day, 1-mask " mask used culture is well established.)

Then, I learned that interest in Perfume was rapidly growing in Vietnam. The perfume market was expanding, and I noticed that not only people who frequently used perfumes but also others began to take an interest in scents when visiting large department stores. (so many people were buying perfumes as gifts, and I saw people trying out new and different scents.)

That was when I began studying perfume seriously. I delved into books and various sources to learn more about scents, and the knowledge and experiences I had accumulated came together to form a bigger picture. I realized that perfume was not just a product but had the power to add a special fragrance to people’s lives and serve as a meaningful connection between individuals. This realization led to the creation of 'The Cors Beauty.'

'The Cors' is not just a brand. It is the result of my journey and learning. Based on the experiences and inspiration gained from meeting diverse people, encountering new cultures, and drawing from my inner sincerity, I have built this brand. And I will continue to build it in the same way.

'The Cors' reflects all of these experiences, aiming to be something that leaves an impression on people's hearts, not just a fragrance. Through this fragrance, I hope to connect more deeply with people’s lives.

My life has never been a perfect circle. But like an Oval, I have found my own path within differences.

The beauty of an oval lies in its harmony—achieving completeness even within imperfection. Just as an oval maintains balance between its two focal points, my life, too, finds harmony between the path I have walked and the path God is leading me on.

Even now, I continue to walk along the curve of this oval.
